New Design and Fabrication courses and workshops.
November 2019 sees the birth of a promising synergy between Giancarlo Di Marco and Materiam.
With an impressive set of CNC machines, it is now possible to provide astonishing digital fabrication workshops, from basic 3D printing and laser cutting to advanced robotic arm parametric programming, interaction design and machine learning for design.

Video-courses.
Most of the old courses are being shifted to on-demand video-courses. They will always be available, just buy a course and watch it online according to your available time and pace.

Private courses.
Private courses become consulting sessions.

Design

Products.
GDM Studio will extensively work on personal design projects, eventually starting small productions.
Some products are already on their way (like the helmet for facial motion capture) and some others are already in production (like the alien walking cane, in collaboration with D’Argenta).

International collaborations

Besides the ongoing collaborations with Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (China) and Controlmad (Spain), new challenging projects are on their way.
